e-Courts is a national project for ICT enablement of district and subordinate courts in India. It provides online access to case information, cause lists, and orders/judgments.

How to Check Case Status Online

• Visit e-Courts portal
• Select court type (District, High Court, Supreme Court)
• Enter CNR Number (Case Number) or party name
• Click "Get Case Status"

Cause Lists (Hearings)

Cause lists contain details of cases scheduled for hearing on a particular date. Available on:

• e-Courts portal (district courts)
• Respective High Court websites
• Supreme Court website

Judgment Search

• Supreme Court: sci.gov.in
• High Courts: Respective High Court websites
• District Courts: judgments.ecourts.gov.in

Certified Copies

To obtain certified copies of orders/judgments:

• Apply online through e-Courts portal
• Apply through court's filing counter
• Submit application with case details
